Justin, the owner of Blue Tide, began his career as a service technician working for multiple swimming pool service companies throughout the greater San Diego and Los Angeles areas.

That hands-on experience shaped how the business operates today, with a focus on practical, cost-effective problem solving, clear communication, and an approach that understands both the technician’s role and the customer’s expectations.
